The STEINEL XSolar L-S Silver is an outdoor LED wall light for locations without mains power. This entry describes article 671013, EAN 4007841671013, not the XSolar L-S ONE. A monocrystalline solar panel supplies its integrated 2,500 mAh lithium iron phosphate battery. The manufacturer lists 1.2 watts, 150 lumens and a warm white colour temperature of 3,000 kelvin.
The infrared sensor covers an angle of 140 degrees. The stated range of up to eight metres refers to movement across the detection area; the datasheet lists up to two metres when approaching the sensor directly. Possible locations include an exterior wall, garden entrance or an area beside a patio. The included six-metre extension cable allows the solar panel to be installed separately from the light, helping to place it in a sunnier position.
Panel orientation, unobstructed sunlight and actual energy demand matter.
