Advertised 40 kg suction strength, 25 N magnetic force and “military certification” have not been checked by us and are not a verified load rating. Universal compatibility and unaffected phone signals have not been independently established either.
A suitable smooth, flat surface is required. The retailer excludes suede, genuine leather and coated surfaces. For textured surfaces, the supplied 3M dashboard pad is described as single-use. Check material compatibility and position before applying adhesive. Clean a dirty suction cup with water and allow it to air-dry.
For non-MagSafe devices, attach the included metal ring to the outside of a clean, flat case and wait 24 hours before use. Wallet cases, silicone cases and glass backs are excluded for the ring.
