Claims of “20 kg suction strength”, “military-grade quality” and extensive material or certification assurances are advertising statements, not a load rating or safety approval verified by us. Universal compatibility with every car, smartphone and case has not been confirmed either. Maximum case-thickness claims differ between the listing text and infographic. Check phone width, case size, vent geometry and mounting surface before use.
Install and adjust the holder only while parked. Keep the driver's view, airbags and controls unobstructed. Do not use it if the mount slips, the surface is unsuitable or the vent blades are unstable. The retailer recommends cleaning a dirty suction cup with water only; follow the supplied instructions.
