Description
The Aqara LED Strip T1 provides colour accents and adjustable white lighting for a smart-home setup. The base version is two metres long and communicates using Zigbee 3.0. A suitable Aqara hub is required and is sold separately. A compatible hub can connect the strip to other ecosystems. Matter support is delivered through a bridge rather than through a direct Matter wireless connection from the strip itself.
The RGB segments can be used for different colour effects. The manufacturer describes the strip as cuttable and extendable to ten metres with suitable accessories. Follow the specified cutting points and the manufacturer's instructions for connections and mounting. The IP44 rating applies to the light strip only: the controller and power supply are not weatherproof and should be installed indoors. This rating should not be treated as permission to install the complete kit outside.
